The Initial Plunge

Well I finally did it! Chalk it up to the lack of sleep or the sheer boredom of waiting for our first child to make his appearance in the world....I have finally joined the blogging community! I seriously woke up at 5:00 AM (a SIN on a Saturday) wide awake. After watching the latest episode of Survivor:Fans vs. Favorites I decided to follow my usual "roll call" and began to peruse the blogs that I check daily. Why is this so addicting? Is it a woman thing? Must we just always know what is happening in another's life? Just curious...

Either way, during my tour of blogs, I decided maybe today (3/8/08) would be a good day to take the plunge into the world I have so long dabbled in. Hopefully, I will be as diligent in keeping up my own blog as I am in reading the posts of others'!
