Last Friday night I was going stir crazy from being in house too long, so we drove out to Katy and visited the La Centera shopping center. We had a great time eating ice cream and watching kids play in the fountains. We dreamed about how fun it will be for Carson to be out there playing one day!
Carson is also becoming more alert in between feedings. This past week he finally noticed the mobile above the swing. The look on his face says it all: "Mom, can you see these butterflies too?!"
Chris decided to try out the bumpo seat this week. Carson is entirely too little for it, but he tolerated the seat for a few minutes. He was actually able to hold his head up by himself!
but the joy didn't last for long!
Just a few more pics of the boy - he's just so darn cute!
Last, but not least, I took this picture on Saturday morning when I got home from the gym. Chris was supposed to be watching Carson for me. This is his idea of babysitting :). I think Carson is going to be just like his dad!

Ok He really is the cutest infant I have ever seen. Yes Stayton was too, just without all the hair. The hair he definitley got from his mom! Callie and Chris you did good and made us proud!

Come to The Woodlands if you are going stir crazy!!!!! I'll keep you entertained for hours!!! :) Love you!
Carson, the picture of you and your hair in the bumbo seat made my entire day. You are adorable.
Girl, when you come to Katy CALL ME!! Carson is such a HONEY ~ the pics are too cute!
Isn't the bjorn awesome??? Reid is always content if I put him in the bjorn and walk outside. I talked to your mom the other day and told her I am making nursing covers now. She was going to tell you to pick out a yard of fabric so I could make you one. I have used mine more than I thought, it's quite handy!
